"Visited with a small group and were quickly shown to a table, pizza express pizzas are reliably good and this location is no different. Food did take a little while to arrive and they had run out of a few things on the day we visited but the server made sure to tell us up front and was very apologetic. As with almost anything in the outlet centre there is ample parking and easy access but it can get extremely busy during peak hours and holidays, and the open plan flooring means it can get very loud during these hours. That being said they do offer some outdoor seating that is wonderful during the summer and the space is comfortable and inviting when not crowded. As usual with pizza express the prices are a little on the high side, but the quality of the food is well worth the extra cost. I can recommend them heartily for special occasions or the occasional treat."

"I have recently visited the Pizza E in Ashford. Greeted by lovely staff manager at the door and then served by Alicia, exceptional customer service. My two sons were fully entertained with some creative colour work and the staff members were even happy to help and look for extra blue colour pencil! Top service from everyone and delicious food! "Just been to Pizza Express and once again had such a lovely experience. Alicia who served me was absolutely amazing – she always is. Her customer service is genuinely outstanding: so friendly, attentive and welcoming, and she really makes you feel looked after from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone so consistently kind and professional, and it honestly makes all the difference to the whole visit. The food was great as always, but it’s the service that keeps me coming back. She’s a real credit to Pizza Express and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I also want to give a special mention to Mondi and Ethan- Ethan made sure I knew the plate was hot and double checked I knew as my son was there which I thought was really sweet. Even though they weren’t our server, he was still so attentive, friendly and helpful. My son was bouncing around and nearly knocked his stuff over and he was sooooo lovely- the outlet is always AMAZING every time I come here, so much better than the town centre one. The town centre one is awful. Mondi went out of his way to check in, had such a positive energy, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and the experience. Another real credit to the team."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely unreal from start to finish. Food was incredible. Fresh, hot, full of flavour — the kind of meal where you go quiet for a minute because you’re just enjoying it. Portions spot on as well. But it wasn’t just the food. The staff were brilliant. Friendly, welcoming, on it the whole time. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt like too much trouble. You can tell they actually care. Couldn’t have asked for more to be honest. Everything was amazing. We’ll definitely be back."
